Waist
Taken at the top of the hipbone.
Wrap a measuring tape from the middle naval around your torso until the tape completes one full circle.
Annotate in inches.
Inseam
Taken from crotch to bottom leg opening.
Measure tape from inner crotch down, along the inside of the leg, to ankle.
Annotate inches.
Leg
Taken from outer hip to bottom leg opening.
Measure tape from hip-bone down, along the outside of the leg, to ankle.

Taken at the lower leg opening.
Lay leg opening flat. Measure from one edge of the opening to another.
