Easy, Hassle Free 60 Day Return & Exchange Policy


If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your order within 60 days of purchase it for a full refund minus the original shipping charge.


        1. Properly pack the return. Your return must be in a new and unworn condition, with all the original tags, and have the original packaging (if any). If your return does not meet all these conditions, especially if it exhibits any obvious signs of wear, we will not accept your return. For hats, please pack in the box it came in or another box. Hats not returned in boxes are often damaged in transit and we will not accept damaged products.
        2. For all domestic orders, we offer free returns and exchanges! Please email [email protected] for a free return shipping label. FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS, we do not offer free return shipping labels, but you may still return your order within 60 days of receipt. Please mail back all returns to the following address:

  • Once your return is processed by our warehouse (usually within 24 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment. If you requested an exchange, your requested exchange will be shipped to you within 48 hours of processing your return. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-7 business days after we issue your refund for the credit to clear back into your account.


1. Order must be unworn OR only tried on for fit/sizing and in a new undamaged condition.

2. Order must be returned within 60 days of the date of purchase.

3. Order must arrive to our warehouse undamaged.


If you are returning a HAT, please DO NOT CURVE THE VISOR before trying on. Curving the visor alters the hat from being in a new condition. WE WILL NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OF ALTERED PRODUCTS INCLUDING CURVING OF VISORS. Also, please return your hat in the original box or similar size box to prevent damage on return. We will not accept returns if damaged in transit because it was shipped back in any type of flat envelope or flat box.


SHOEBOXES ARE PART OF THE SHOES. When returning shoes, the shoes AND the shoebox must be shipped inside another form of packaging. DO NOT return your shoes by using the shoebox as the return packaging. Using the shoebox as the exterior shipping container irreparably damages the shoeboxes and makes these shoes unsellable. For your convenience we have included a polymailer bag with your original order that you can use as your return packaging. You can ship your returned shoes in this polymailer bag (please note this bag does not include return postage). If you do not package the shoes and the shoebox in another packaging, your return will be refused and you will not receive a refund/exchange.

Failure to follow these requirements will result in your return not being accepted.


If you would like an exchange, we do offer hassle-free exchanges. You can request a return shipping label from us and then let us know what you would like to exchange your item for. FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS, we do not offer exchanges only refunds on orders.


All refunds will be issued after your return has been processed. We will issue you a a refund for the cost of the returned item/s plus any applicable sales tax. Refunds will NOT include any shipping fees charged. Shipping charges are irreversible since we cannot reverse this cost ourselves. However, return shipping fees are free for domestic United States orders and we do not add an additional fee for this service.
