We brought in another gem as part of our Cultural Heritage Collection. Filipino Americans are a cultural mainstay in San Diego. This culturally rich community is part of what makes SD so special. This design is not only a homage to a Filipino favorite, but also to the communities I have grown to be a part of. The crown is colored to be this tan-ish off-white color to represent the outside of the pandesal. The color of the bill is a darker purple to represent the inner color of the pandesal but also the actual color of the ube yam. The color of the eyelets, new era flag, and under visor are a light lavender color that is both beautiful and non-distracting. Side patch is the 25th-anniversary patch. Back logo is the MLB Cooperstown Batterman logo.
