Throughout the month of May, we're reaching into the vault to auction one of our authentic, one-of-one prototype New Era hats -- every week -- to support our community through the YMCA of San Diego County.
All proceeds from these FLASH Auctions will be donated directly to YMCA SD, with an emphasis on its Youth and Family Services programs -- aiding in the exposure, normalization, and illumination of community mental health awareness.
At Billion Creation, we care about San Diego.
For the past 30+ years, we've worked hard to bring our vision to the masses, providing sports-centric customers -- and Padres fans, in particular -- the best in New Era caps, officially-licensed outerwear, and bleeding-edge apparel pieces.

The San Diego Padres Makaveli is another one of our earlier designs. This style was an instant classic as we sold out within a week. It’s a blackout hat with everything on the crown in black (tonal black SD logo, New Era NE side logo, and MLB Batterman back logo). But the visor and matching undervisor are woodland camouflage with a paisley print overlaid onto it. In keeping with our earlier designs, we incorporated a gold 59Fifty sizing sticker inner lining print on the interior of the front two panels. We called this the Makaveli because our inspiration for this hat was Tupac Shakur and feel like he would have been proud to rep Cali wearing this hat. We produced one round of these hats about 12 years ago, but this is otherwise a one-of-a-kind hat.

Throughout the month of May, the YMCA is free and open to young people between the ages of 13-24.
This effort comes courtesy of the Y's Mental Health Awareness month, which strives to bring youth and young adults a better understanding of themselves, their mental state, and methods to ensure a prosperous future.
PARENTS & CAREGIVERS
Parenting is hard. Throughout the month of May, the YMCA of San Diego County is hosting weekly support groups for parents and caregivers to learn positive parenting techniques while connecting and sharing with others.
They are also offering free consultations and referrals to parents and caregivers of children experiencing mental health conditions.
